Now, describe your preferred audience

How many people can you cater for in your workshop or installation? If it's for the kids track, what age range is this suitable for? Do they need any existing knowledge, or to bring anything with them to make the most of the experience?
Can you show us anything yet?

Do you have slides for the presentation already? A video of you giving it previously? Use this question to provide links or details that you don't want to appear in the public listing.
Show us your pearly whites *

If this submission is accepted, you'll be promoted in various ways, including our web site. In addition to your name we'll include a photo of you. This might be of your lovely smile, or perhaps a caricature. We'd prefer it if you didn't supply a photo of an egg.

Would you like us to send you an invite?
Is there anything you need to tell us about?

Do you need special set up for your presentation? Configuration for your workshop? Equipment for your installation? Or a helicopter pad for your rock-star entrance? Let us know, and we'll see what we can do for you...
You're in good company...

Is your company sponsoring, or would they like to? *

Which sponsor do you represent? *

Who should we talk to about sponsorship? *

Give us a name, email address and phone number, and we'll get in touch...
If you are submitting more than one talk, is this your preferred to be selected? *

Don't worry, saying "Yes" won't mean your other talks won't be considered. It's more of a guideline for us, really.
Do you require financial assistance to attend?

We have a budget allocated to helping speakers attend the event, if they are unable to make their own way. If you believe you'll need such assistance, please let us know which aspects, and the likely cost.
